Each department and college has a different process for approving minors. You should email an advisor in the department for the requested minor for a form to apply for the minor. In most cases, you must have less than a certain amount of credit hours to add a minor (typically less than 60-70 hours) and be over a certain GPA. Some minors may ask for additional requirements to apply.

How do I remove a minor?
To remove a minor, you should email an advisor in the department for minor of removal.

There is also a Minor Removal Form provided by the Registrar. Consult with your advisor about this form before turning it in.
