Your academic advisor can help you navigate your academic degree plan and aid in guiding you towards graduation. It's important to schedule time with your academic advisor at least once a semester, but more frequently if needed. An academic advisor is a reliable source of information about majors, one who can help students explore their interests, consider alternative majors, select courses, develop a degree plan, and meet degree requirements. Academic advisors can connect students with academic and personal support programs, co-curricular opportunities, and career options.

To schedule an appointment with your academic advisor or other student service office:
- Click the purple Appointments icon in your Navigate Student App.
- Select your college and appointment service.
- Click on an available time and confirm your appointment.
- You will receive an email instantly notifying you have scheduled the appointment and a reminder the day before your appointment.
