Department of Multicultural Services (DMS) Explorations provide experiences through one-day trips where students visit sites in a variety of cities in Texas. Explorations promote learning by providing an environment that fully recognizes, values, and integrates experience into the pursuit of learning. Sites of Explorations can offer a variety of experiences including museums, festivals, theater productions, famous attractions, fairs, nature destinations, notable sites, cuisine, and more!
Students travel as one community via charter bus to the site destinations and back to Aggieland. Trip registration closes on the Wednesday preceding each trip or as capacity is reached. Once registered, students will be emailed an itinerary the Thursday before the trip.
If you are interested in joining the DMS and Routh First-Generation Center for upcoming Exploration Trips, be sure you fill out the Exploration Trips Interest Form and we will contact you!
