To maintain good sleep habits

Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day.
Take naps, research shows that short naps can make you more alert and enhance your performance.
Plan, when you plan well, you can avoid all-nighters.
Avoid showers, baths, and exercise the hour before bedtime.
Exercise regularly.
Make your room sleep friendly.

Six Easy Nutrition Goals

Choose a good breakfast. This should be a standard, healthy breakfast that you can eat almost every day. That way you won't have to make decisions about breakfast you won't end up skipping it.
Make meals a part of your daily routine so that you don't get ravenously hungry and end up digging into a personal pan pizza.
Pack healthy snacks (protein bars, almonds, raisins, fruit, etc.) to classes and study sessions.
Keep a water bottle with you and drink from it regularly. This will keep you hydrated and healthier in general.
Eat 7 or more servings of fresh fruit and vegetables a day.
Read nutrition labels.

Military Transfer Admissions

If you have any college credit, you would be considered a transfer student. (Military schools that you do not receive a transcript with grades do not count.)
Important things to consider:

You must have at least 24 credit hours to be considered a transfer student.
A minimum of 2.5 GPA is required for admission. Some majors have high GPA requirements.
Each major has specific course requirements for admission.
Summer coursework grades will not be considered for fall applicants.
Fall coursework grades will not be considered for spring applicants.
Some majors will consider spring grades for fall admissions.
Did you have a rough college start 10 years ago or longer? If so, an Academic Fresh Start might be an option.
