What is a Peer Mentor?

A Hullabaloo U Peer Mentor is a Texas A&M University student who supports a Hullabaloo U section. They serve as role models, resources, and leaders for first-year students. Hullabaloo U Peer Mentors work alongside faculty or staff instructors to help first-year students get involved on campus, succeed in the classroom, create a sense of belonging, and make a successful transition to Aggieland.

The common application to serve as a Fall 2026 Hullabaloo U Peer Mentor is now closed! At this time, our interest form is available to express interest in the Peer Mentor role for future semesters.  If you have a question, please email hullabaloou@tamu.edu
