Texas A&M University | Division of Academic Affairs

Our History

The Office for Student Success was created in 2019 to improve retention, increase graduation rates, and close achievement gaps. Initial efforts focused on first-year, first gen, and transfer students, with plans to expand support across all class years through high-impact practices that help students stay on track and succeed.

Our Commitment

We are committed to creating a supportive and welcoming experience by helping you stay engaged, supporting you as a whole person, and removing barriers that can stand in the way of your success. We strive to build a strong sense of community, advocate for your needs, and work closely with campus partners to connect you with the right resources at the right time.
