Regents' Scholars Program
The Regents’ Scholars Program is a scholarship-based, academic success program for approximately 750 low-income, first-generation students who attend Texas A&M. Beginning fall 2020, students receive up to $6,000 of aid all four years of anticipated attendance provided the student fulfills the requirements of their program.
The academic success programs are administered by colleges and academic affairs units as they correspond to student involvement in smaller learning communities. The Routh First-Generation Center serves as the programmatic coordinator for all academic success programs across campus. Student Financial Aid awards the Regents’ Scholars scholarship.
