OSS, Career Center, and TAP to Host Major Mania

Beginning March 8, the Office for Student Success, Career Center, and Transition Academic Programs will virtually host Texas A&M colleges at Major Mania, a virtual, weeklong awareness campaign aimed at educating students about degree programs at the university. Students are invited to RSVP for a virtual session from the colleges they want to learn more about.
According to the National Center for Education Statistics (2017), about
33% of college students changed their major at least once before graduation
. Educating students early into their educational journey can help ensure students remain enrolled and successful at Texas A&M.
During Major Mania, representatives from the colleges will educate students about the majors and minors offered in their college. They will discuss what potential careers students can pursue with a degree from their college, share what graduates of their unit have achieved, and discuss what academic support services their college offers. Multiple sessions will be held March 8-16. See the full list of sessions below (select date and time to RSVP):
