Adrienne is from New Orleans, LA. She graduated from the University of New Orleans earning a bachelor of arts in psychology. After graduating college, she worked for the YMCA of Greater New Orleans in program development and served as a trainer for the YMCA of the USA before relocating to College Station in December 1997.

Adrienne began her career in 1998 at Texas A&M in programs and development with the Alliance for Science, Technology and Mathematics Education in the College of Education and Human Development. In 2004, she transitioned programs to the College of Science and served as Assistant Director for the Center for Mathematics and Science Education. In addition to her work with the Center she supported students in the College on both the undergraduate and graduate level. She has experience supporting student success through learning communities, first-generation programs, STEM transfer programs and preparation of preservice and in-service math and science teachers.

Adrienne is administrator for EAB Navigate and student analytics at TAMU in the Office for Student Success and is dedicated to supporting the Student Success Initiative to advance student retention and graduation, as well as reduce time to degree and achievement disparities.
